About Me

Hi I'm Zhicong Huang (黄智聪). I work as a researcher in Cryptography & Privacy.

I obtained my Ph.D. from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland (under the supervision of Prof. Jean-Pierre Hubaux and Prof. Jacques Fellay), and my bachelor degree in computer science from Peking University, China.

My research interests are security and privacy, applied cryptography, and machine learning.

Important updates to TF-Encrypted: Support complex neural network model prediction and training, and its corresponding benchmarks.

For the time being, the fastest 2PC framework Cheetah is accepted to Usenix security 2022. Paper available here. Code available here.

Dec. 2021

Our secure matrix multiplication method based on RLWE homomorphic encryption is accepeted to TDSC. In some application scenarios (e.g., recommender system), this is faster than CCS'19. Paper available here.

Jan. 2020

The Tensorflow ABY3 protocol developed by us has been officially integrated in TF-Encrypted, making Alibaba become one of the core organizational contributors. We will keep actively contributing to this great library.

Our group got the first place in Track IV of iDASH2019 secure genome analysis competition. Code open sourced!
